As a user, I can create tests from an execution when using exploratory testing

Currently it is not possible to create tests from an execution, only associate them. This is not very handy when doing exploratory testing (creating test cases on the fly).

It would be appreciated if there is a button that creates and also directly associates the tests.

Now it takes a lot of time to create issues separately and after associate them with the execution (is also prone to mistakes).
