As a user, I can create pre conditions from a test which is directly associated

Currently it is not possible to create pre conditions from a test, only associate them. This is not very handy when you are working on a test.

It would be appreciated if there is a button that creates and also directly associates the pre conditions to a test.

Now it takes a lot of time to create pre conditions separately and after associate them with the test (is also prone to mistakes).
