Not possible to Add existing Test Execution to a Test from within the Test Runs section of the Test

Not possible to Add existing Test Execution to a Test from within the Test Runs section of the Test.
Steps to reproduce

1. Have a Test Execution is a non-executable Status:
   
   
2. Try to add it to a Test:
   
3. You cannot:
   

Expected behavior:
It should be possible to associate existing Test Executions to the Test, but not Execute it.
