In Xray's HP ALM/QC Importer the message under "HP QC Folder" should be improved

In Xray's HP ALM/QC Importer, the message under "HP QC Folder" should be improved to:

• the smart quotes should ONLY be used for folder names with spaces;
• the first "/" should not appear before the parent folder;
• mention more explicitly that if there are folders with the same name, the importer will only import the first match; hence, it is advised to use the full folder's path.
