Improve the Requirement Coverage charts page layout

The current layout for the Requirement Coverage charts page is not very intuitive for users. One of the most common problems is that they don't now that the "Group By" and "Version" fields are required for generation the charts.

Xray must provide a layout similar to the Agile charts where the chart must be chosen from the title:

1. Overall Coverage Chart
2. Daily History Chart

The required fields for generating the chart must came bellow this title. Next to these fields, there should be a "Filters" button that when clicked, will display a popup with all the available filter options for the requirement charts. An "Apply" button within this popup must regenerate the chart.

Both the "Group By" and the "Version" fields must be populated automatically with the default options. This means that the chart is automatically generated once the user chooses:

• The chart type
• The Group By field
• The Version Field

When the user first enters this page, the default chart must be the "Overall Requirement Coverage".

The layout design of the page must follow the Agile reports as much as possible.
