As a user, I can load the existing Test issue definition on Test Runs and keep existing execution state

When the Test definition changes, a new button should be provided in the execution screen to load the current Test issue definition into the Test Run but keeping the current execution state.

This must merge the current results with eventually removed Test Steps or Examples and the Test Run status can be affected by this change.
