A download is counting when you try to install a template from store, but store through an error

Correct behavior: when you try to install a template from store, but an error appears, the download shouldn't count

Example:
1. Access the following environment http://xporter-tst-docker:8081/
2. When enrolling, select "Document Generator"
3. Search for the following template "Xray Test Runs Detailed"
4. A template with the file "Xray Test Runs Detailed (1) .xlsx" is returned
5. Access the Store, search for the "Xray Test Runs Detailed" template and click "Install"
6. The following error message appears, with the number of downloads being 95

7. If in the same Store you search again for the same template, we verify that there was an increase, passing the value to 97
