Test Execution TestRun Dynamic Filter is not filtering Executed By User correctly

When the Test Run is executed by users whose user key is different than the user name (user name is the info used to login), the Test Runs will not be correctly filtered:

The root cause is that we compare the user name against the user key, but Jira changed the way it is saving the user key. In recent Jira versions, user key is saved as JIRAUSERXXX whereas in older versions the user key was equal to the username.
