As application, Xray should fire an event when the status of a Test Step is changed.

    Description

      Currently,  XRay does not fire an event when the status of test step is changed.

      Current functionality:

      If the Execution Status is changed then an event TestRunStatusUpdatedEvent is fired.

      Proposed functionality:

      If Execution Status or Test Step status is changed then an event TestRunStatusUpdatedEvent is fired.
