    Description

      Doc Gen is timing out during exports if the Jira environment has no internet access:

      2021-01-28 13:07:19,093+0100 xray-docgen-export-executor:thread-3 ERROR <USER>  /rest/raven/1.0/docgen/export/background [c.x.r.d.g.engine.impl.d] Error loading resource:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out (Connection timed out)

      Templates timing out all have the QR code generation URL 

       

       

      Workaround:

      • Open the desired template using Microsoft Word and remove any URL that looks like the one bellow:
      http://api.qrserver.com/v1/create-qr-code/xxxxxxxxx
