When editing a TestStatus, its name should be trimmed

When creating a test status, the spaces are trimmed. 

When editing the spaces are not trimmed. 

In the Manage Test Statuses page, add trailing spaces in a Test Status

Expected results: When saving the status name, whether it's a create or update action, the leading and trailing spaces must be removed
