As a User, I can assign multiple Test Execution to a single user from the Test Plan

As a User, I can assign multiple Test Execution to a single user from the Test Plan.

The idea would be to easily distribute the Test Executions inside a Test Plan by several users, based on some criteria. Select several Test Executions from the list in the Test Plan and assign them to a user at once.
