As a user, I can filter Test Runs in the Test Execution view issue screen using JQL

Xray must provide a way to filter Test Runs using JQL queries on all issue fields.

ACs:

• A JQL field with autocomplete must be provided on the Advanced tab of Test Execution filters.
• The JQL query must be saved in user preferences.
• The JQL query must not be mixed with basic filters. Users can only search using one of these options. The last/current search option is stored in user preferences.
• If the JQL query is invalid, users should not be able to search or save the query.
• If a saved query becomes invalid for some reason, an error must be displayed after the filters button.
• The current JQL query must be displayed on the filters button, just like the basic filters. The length of the button should be limited and hidden with ellipsis.
