As a user, I should be able to see the effective changes made on Test Steps, on the History tab

Current behaviour:

• When we edit a Test Step directly on the Test view (without Steps Dialog) only the steps changed will appear on the History tab.
• When we edit a Test Steps on the Steps Dialog, all steps will appear on the History tab

Evidences

1. It was only edited the Step on the issue view and we can see what change was made.
2. It was only edited one Step on the Steps Dialog, but then it appears all Steps (two) on the history tab

Expected behaviour
It should appear only the steps information that were edited.
