Test Coverage is updated with Tests incorrectly

Description
A Requirement gets Tests added to the Test Coverage incorrectly, once there is not "is tested by" link with any Test.

Pre-conditions

• Story mapped as Requirement;
• Defect mapped only as Defect (not a requirement)
• Have the option "Epic - Story relation as a Requirement" enabled with a link type associated
  
• Enable both options: Link Defects with Test and Link Defects with Test Execution
  

How to reproduce

1. Create a new Test
2. Run that Test by creating a new Test Execution
3. Create a Bug directly on the Execution page (a link "created" should be added for the Bug to Test and Test Execution)
   
4. Create a new Story
5. Link the Story to the Bug by using the link type defined at the Requirement Coverage Settings
   

Actual result/Attachments
The link between the Story and the Bug is created.
The Story gets the Test, although this is not added or even the link "tested by" was created.
The Story stays Uncovered but with Tests on the Test Coverage Section.

Expected result
The link between the Story and the Bug is created.
The Story stays Uncovered and without any Tests on the Test Coverage Section.
