As admin, I can configure if the cucumber features are generated considering the Requirement issues

Currently, the feature files generated by Xray are considering the Requirement - Test links. There should be a configuration option to disable this rule when exporting feature files.

If the option is disabled, all scenarios will be appended to the same feature file that will be generated with a common feature title and description.
