Error when uploading evidence or attachments into Xray with large names

Description
Error when uploading evidence or attachments into Xray with large names.
Jira supports names up to 256 characters, but the error starts to happen when the filename is around 230 characters.

Pre-conditions
One file with a name around 230 characters.

How to reproduce

1. Create a file with long filenames, around 230 characters,
2. Upload the file as evidence in the Test Runs,
3. An error will be returned stating that the file is too long.

1. Upload the file as an attachment in the Test Steps
2. And error is also returned.

Actual result/Attachments
Error message returned:
Could not create attachment for file: ..... (File name too long)

Expected result
The file is attached to the Test Run or in the Test Steps.
