getDateAndDateTimeFormat endpoint is always being called

The following internal endpoint is always being called, regardless of having or not Test Step Custom Field of type Date or DateTime configured in the project:

rest/raven/1.0/customFields/getDateAndDateTimeFormat

This endpoint returns metadata used for rendering Date or Datetime step custom field values. So it should be called only when those custom fields are configured.
