As application, Xray should allow the designation of default projects for issue creation

Usecase:
User has a project organization that is based on having a single project for Tests and Test Executions only (and only has those issue types under the project)and different project(s) for all other issue types.

Usage:
Xray should allow via administration or project setting that Default Projects for issue creation are set, so when the above scenario arrives, you can set the Test Project as default for Test issue creations so, when working with Epics/Defects and you click on "create Test", you are already set to create the issue on the desired project.

The same should be done about Test Executions.
