As a system, Xray must use the issuelink events provided by Jira when covering requirement issue types

Description
When linking Tests/Test Sets to Requirements, Xray must use the issuelink events provided by Jira.
By this way, when using a script (ScriptRunner) or Jira Automation to link Tests/Test Sets with Requirements programmatically, the Requirement status should be recalculated automatically.

How to reproduce

1. Link a Test Set or Test with a requirement through a script or using Jira Automation

Actual result/Attachments
The "Requirement Status" keeps as "UNCOVERED" even it's covered by Tests

Expected result
The "Requirement Status" field should be recalculated
