Expose count of test steps as a custom field

Our users would find it helpful to have the count of test steps for manual tests exposed as a custom field.

It would be helpful to make this available as a column:

• In the issue navigator when searching for Test issues
• When viewing a Test Set or Test Execution

This wouldn't need to be present when viewing or editing test issues, as it is automatically calculated and doesn't need to be edited by the user.
