When creating a Pre-condition from a Test case, neither the issue History nor the field Updated are updated.

How to reproduce

1. Open a Test case issue,
2. Press the button Create Pre-Condition and create a new Pre-Condition associated with the Test case,
3. Check the value of custom field Updated, and the History

Actual result/Attachments
Nothing changes in the History, nor in the custom field Updated.

Expected result

1. The History is updated with the information that a new Pre-Condition was associated with the Test
2. The custom field Updated is updated with the date when the change has happened.
