The Test Executions Report is not counting all the defects associated with a Test case.

How to reproduce

1. Prepara one or more Test cases with defects associated in the following three ways:
   1. Defects created during execution (associated with Test cases),
   2. Defects linked with the issue link type "created,"
   3. Defects linked with the issue link type "tested by
2. Run the Test Execution Report and check the Linked Defects column

Actual result/Attachments
Only the Defects created during execution are counted.

Expected result
All defects with the following conditions are counted:

1. Defects created during execution (associated with Test cases),
2. Defects linked with the issue link type "created,"
3. Defects linked with the issue link type "tested by
