The Test Plan Board page blinks when the page is resized and all tests have the same status

How to reproduce

1. Go to a Test Plan Board
2. All Tests must have the same status
3. Put zoom page at 80%
4. Resize the page until the bar goes under the Test Plan Board name
5. Move the mouse

Actual result/Attachments

The page blinks (see video)

Expected result

The page does not move.
