When using the "Expand All" right-click action on the Test Repository/Board folder, the first ranked non-native folder becomes highlighted

When using the "Expand All" right-click action on the Test Repository/Board folder, the first ranked non-native folder becomes highlighted although it isn't the active folder

Pre-conditions

1. Make sure that within a Test Repository/Test Plan Board there are two user created folders - folder A and folder B

How to reproduce

1. Navigate to a Test Repository/Test Plan Board
2. Right-click the Test Repository/Board native folder and select the option Expand All
3. Notice the first ranked user-created folder appears highlighted

Actual result/Attachments

1. Notice the first ranked user-created folder text appears highlighted
2. Trying to use the Test Repository footer action buttons, they behave like the Test Repository/Board is the active folder (in the following screenshot notice the folder Selenium Automated Tests text appears light blue while on all the other folders is black/grey)

Expected result

1. Either the Test Repository/Board should appear highlighted since it is the active folder
2. Trying to use the Test Repository footer action buttons available behaviours should match the active folder
