In the Test Plan issue view, cannot open the Test Test Executions inner table

Description

This only happens in conflict scenarios with other add-ons (no public ones in marketplace identified so far - only one case with a privately developed add-on).

When opening the inner table containing the  Executions of a Test, in the Test Plan issue view, there can be situations of permanent loading and the user may not be able to see the Test Executions.

This can be fixed on our side in order to avoid further conflicts with other add-ons.

Pre-conditions

To reproduce this error, you need to have an environment with conflicts with other add-ons.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the Test Plan Issue Page
2. Open the Executions inner table from a Test

Expected result

The user can see the Executions in the inner table
