Null 'createdDate' of Test Run is causing migration to fail.

The 'createdDate' may be null in some edge case scenarios, in a Test Run on Xray Server. 

This is not supported by the migration or Xray Cloud. As a workaround, use the date os the Test Run's Test Execution.
