Incompatibility with Canned Issues add-on

Description
Incompatibility with add-on Canned Issues that causes the following behaviors:

• Test page: import and export steps dialogs don't open
• Test Repository and Test Plan Board: the folder structure is always with a loading icon; when navigating to a folder the page is stuck on loading
• Xray Reports: some reports don't fully load; after generating the report is not possible to apply any action (apply filter, change hierarchical/flat view, export)
• Test filter on Test Plan and Test Execution pages is not working

Pre-conditions

• Install Canned Issues: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222237/canned-issues?hosting=server&tab=overview

How to reproduce

1. Install the Canned Issues plugin
2. Navigate and performed any of the described actions

Note: When disabling the add-on, everything is presented as expected.

Expected result

• The Xray information must be loaded correctly
