As application, Xray should be able to handle JEditor templates when creating issues

JEditor is a plugin that allows users to create Issue Templates, which can be used to quickly create new issues with information already set for it.

Currently, we do not support those templates when creating issues with our screens - like when creating a Defect from a Test Run.

The idea is to allow users to go through their templates when creating Xray issues like: 

• defects (from  a Test Execution or Test Run)
• test executions (from within a Test Plan)
