Invalid ranks on Test Set and Test Execution issues

In some cases, Test Sets and Test Execution issues stay with invalid ranks.

Steps to reproduce (Test Execution):

1. Create a Test Execution with 3 Test Runs
2. Bulk edit: Remove First and Last
3. The remaining Test Run has rank of 2

Steps to reproduce (Test Set):

1. Create a Test Set with 4 Tests
2. Disable and Enable Xray
3. Bulk edit Test Set: Remove First and Second Tests
4. Add new Tests to the Test Set - the new tests should be with repeated/invalid ranks
