In Test Case Importer, Xray allows users without administrative permissions to map the field Status, contrary to Jira's default importer. 

Description

Test Case Importer should follow the Jira default's importer when importing the field Status.
In Jira, it is only possible to map the Status field when importing directly from the Jira Administration; therefore, only users with Administration permission can set this value. When creating directly from the Issues menu, it is impossible to map the Status column. Hereupon, the issues created will automatically have the first status of workflow status.

Xray allows importing this field in both places.

How to reproduce

1. Click on menu Tests on the top bar
2. Select Test Case Importer
3. Import the CSV file attached
4. Map the column Status

Actual result/Attachments

It is possible to map this value.

Expected result

It must not be possible to map status anywhere, except in the Jira Administration.
