The filter's panel should be equal to all built-in reports.

Currently for:

• Traceability Report
• Historical Requirement Coverage
• Overall Requirement Coverage Report,

We see the panel below that allows to filter by custom fields directly.

All the remaining reports do not have this option:

• Test Plans Report
• Test Executions Report
• Test Runs Report 

All of them should present the first panel (like Traceability).
