Moving Tests to folders directly in the Test Repository is not being logged on the History tab.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the Test Repository
2. Drag and drop the Test from one folder to another

Actual result/Attachments

The change is not being registered on the History. And the updated time is not updated.
When performing this change directly in the issue, so changing the Test Repository Path, the transition is logged.

Expected result

The change should be logged and the time updated.
