The dialog opens but closes automatically without displaying the templates

The export dialog opens but closes automatically without displaying the templates.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a Jira environment with Oracle database
• Install the Xray app
• Create an Xray project
• Add any issues
• Add a new template without a description
• Go to the search issues and open the dialog to create a report (bulk or single)

Actual result

• The dialog opens and closes automatically

Expected result

• The dialog opens and displays all templates available for export.

Workaround

Templates that have no description must be edited and add a description.
