As a user, i can select a column to show the total linked defects for a given Test, inside a Test Plan

Currently, when browsing a Test Plan, if we go to the Tests list and select the field "Test Execution Defects", no defects are listed.

As a user, i want to be able to see how many defects are linked to each Test, for that context (Test Plan -> Test Execution -> Test).
