Export Traceability report is conflicting with Excel when fields have comma

Export Traceability report is conflicting with Excel when fields have comma:

The list of defects is affected as we use a comma to separate each issue. If we use a space instead, everything is OK.

Another example is the field Summary with a text like This is a field, with comma.
