When using Test Evolutions Gadget, the filters are not being displayed when editing Xray gadgets

Description
In case of a filter is not marked as "favorite" when using it in Xray gadgets (Test Evolutions) the filter is not being displayed.

Pre-conditions
Unmark a filter as favorite

How to reproduce

1. Add a new Test Evolution gadget and use the (not favorite) filter "All Jira Tests" - Save it
2. Click on Edit
   
   The filter is not being displayed, however, it's being used. If marked as "favorite" it is displayed as expected

Expected result
Show the filter used
