Incorrect changes being logged in the History Tab

Description
Whenever the user edits a field in the Edit Issue Dialog, Jira is logging that there were changes in the Xray custom field plus in the Jira field. This is incorrect, only the Jira field was changed.

This may be fixed in Xray side by changing the output from the custom field implementation.

This is happening in the following custom fields:

1. Tests Associated with a Test Plan
2. Test Plans Associated with a Test
3. Tests association with a Pre-Condition
4. Test Sets Custom Field (deals with Tests in a Test Set)

Pre-conditions
This seems to be happening when you have 100+ Target Issues (Tests for instance) in the Source Issue (Test Plan for instance).

How to reproduce

1. Open the Test Plan
2. Click on Edit - the Edit Issue Dialog will open
3. Edit the summary field
4. Click save
