As a system, when removing a Test Run, the attachments in the cucumber step results are not being deleted

Description
When removing a Test Run of a Cucumber test, containing attachments embedded in the cucumber step results, the attachments are not being removed from the Jira_Home, nor Xray DB table. The same behavior occurs using the Rest API or UI.

Pre-conditions
Have embedded attachments in the cucumber step results

How to reproduce

1. Import Execution results - Cucumber format with embedded attachments
2. Remove the Test Run (using Rest API or UI)

Actual result/Attachments
Attachments not removed

Expected result
Attachments being removed from the DB and Jira Home when removing the Test Run
