As a system, Tests are not being associated with a Test Plan/Test Set/Test Execution, when creating it from the Test Repository

Description
In case of creating a Test Plan/Test Set/Test Execution directly from the Test Repository with more than 100 Tests, if we change the current project (in the jira issue create screen), the Tests are not being associated with the new issue created.

Pre-conditions
Have more than 100 Tests

How to reproduce

1. Go to the Test Repository and create a new Test Plan selecting all the tests inside the folder on the right 
2. Change the current project, to another one valid and create a new Test Plan
   
3. Test Plan created but no Tests were associated
4. When accessing the Test Plan Board an Integrity problem warning is displayed
   

Expected result
Tests associated with the new issue created
