As a User, I should have integration with R4J - Requirements Management for Jira

As a User, I should have integration with R4J - Requirements Management for Jira.

Integrating R4J with Xray will allow that in the R4J Coverage view the user will be able to obtain results from Xray´s linked issues. At the moment, R4J Coverage view will only obtain the values from the Jira Issue Links.

In the following example those Story´s have the Tests as Issues Link´s.
