When a Test is cloned, Pre-Conditions on a non-editable status should be copied

When a Test is cloned, Pre-Conditions on a non-editable status should be copied.

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Clone a Test
2 - Verified if Pre-Conditions are also copied

Current behavior:

• If a Pre-Condition is a non-editable status, it's not copied to the new Test.
• However, it's possible to add it directly from the cloned Test
