      Description
      In the Test Repository, when trying to filter results using the filter option "Contains text" with special characters, the results shown are not correct, and in some cases, it's shown Tests that belong to multiple projects.

      How to reproduce

      1. Go to the Test Repository and try to filter the results with the following: "summary"
