When selecting Existing Pre-Conditions to a Test, the JQL tab is shows non-relevant results

Description
When selecting Existing Pre-Conditions to a Test, the JQL tab shows Pre-Conditions that are already associated with the Test case and Pre-Conditions that don't have the same Type as the Test case does.

How to reproduce

1. Head to a Test case with a Pre-Condition already associated, select the "Add Pre-Conditions" -> "Existing Pre-Conditions":
   
2. Head to the "Search" tab, leave the generic parameters, and press "Search":
   
3. Head to the "JQL" tab, type a generic JQL, and press "Search":
   

Actual result/Attachments
The results show "non-adible" Pre-Conditions

Expected result
The "JQL" tab results are the same as you get on the "Search" tab when using the same parameters.
