Having the option Include Steps Table in Description disabled, the endpoint /cloneAttachments is needlessly called, creating an error in the UI.

Pre-conditions

• Be sure that the option Include Steps Table in Description, under Xray Miscellaneous, is disabled.
• Create a Manual Test with steps and go run it.

How to reproduce

1. In the Execution details page, add an attachment to the Actual Result field.
2. Create a Defect directly from a Step.

Actual result/Attachments

The Defect is correctly created however, the following error message is thrown:

Expected result

This message should not appear since it is not copying any attachments.
