After adding a new Test Step in the penultimate position to an existing manual Test it's not possible to add screenshot defects to that Test Step in the Test Run

How to reproduce

1. Create a Manual Test with at least 1 Test Step
2. Create a Test Execution/Test Run for this Test
3. Go back to the Test, add a new Test Step, and move it to the penultimate position
4. Go to the Test Run and Merge
5. Paste a screenshot with ctrl+v and select the penultimate Step # Evidence

Actual result/Attachments

Evidence is added to the last Test Step

Expected result

Evidence is added to the selected Test Step
