Description
After a major update, test Details are not shown when a user creates a Test using Jira's "Create Issue" Dialog.

Pre-conditions
Xray was updated from v3.3.6_j7 to v5.0.2_j7.

How to reproduce

1. Create a new Issue, and select the issue type "Test";
2. Select "Test Details" tab;
3. Toggle between Test Types "Manual", "Generic", or "Cucumber".

Actual result/Attachments
Related custom fields for selected test types are not displayed: Generic Field Definition, Cucumber Scenario, Cucumber Test Type, Manual Test Steps.

Expected result
All Test Details are displayed and can be defined.
