When creating a Test Execution from Test Repository, the Create Issue screen gets blanked if Project or Issue Type is changed

Description
When creating a Test Execution from Test Repository, the Create Issue screen gets blanked if Project or Issue Type is changed.

How to reproduce

1. Go to Test Repository and right-click on a folder with Tests;
2. Select the Create Test Execution option;
3. Change the Project or Issue Type on the Create Issue screen;
4. Sometimes it happens at first and some others it´s necessary to change more times;

Actual result/Attachments
The Create Issue screen gets blanked and loading.

Expected result
On this Create Issue screen, it should not be able to change the Issue Type as we only want to create Test Execution, and it should be able to select the Project where the Test Execution will be created.
