Minor Description
When using the HP QC/ALM Importer option on Jira import wizard (Projects > Import External projects), all issues are imported but step attachments are not being recorded as seen in the logs below.
Issue happens on Xray 5.1.1 only and was not reproducible from 5.1.0 and below.
