Reform the Xray internal endpoint that is being used to show the dialog to add evidences to the Test Step Results

The internal endpoint that is being used when adding new evidence to the Test Step results, the URL contains the path .../testJira/... which is not expected/necessary.
This extra path in the URL, can cause issues on networks that have systems to validate the traffic and requests done.

Note: If we do the same request, removing the path "testJira", the request responds properly.
